Today, I want to give more info about the effect provided in the Editor PhotoScape. Dozens of effects they provide, but for this occasion I will discuss 12 photo effects that I have selected. 
Here enough with 1 click, the photo has teredit according to the selected effect. Here is the original image which will be given effect:
To give focus to the effect one area please select the menu Fake Tilt-Shift , it will look like the picture:
To give effect to light, please select the menu
